Cross Country!!!!!!!!!!

Hello everyone so today I am going to talk about our school cross country let's get started :

Here Are some bullet points to cross country...

• When running never give up
• When some people are not running encourage them to  try
• Run as fast as you can and try you best
• If you get tired don't stop and just jog 

Here are some photos of our cross country this year: 

This is the finishing line as you guess you had to walk around and get  past in that air bubble cross then you would get a mark 1st 2nd and lastly 3rd but hopefully I taught I  would come in even one of those places but sadly I came 4th or 5th.

This was the starting of the cross country  you had to hear a beep then you run but sometimes people make  noises that no one know's when to run.

This is wynta coming in a place she is in our classroom she is a year four she is a very good friend to me.

Here is the teacher that did the horn now it's the end so she is cheering of children to come in a place.

Our health session!!!!!!

                                       Our health session!!!!!!!

You know we have to be healthy so let's talk about some food's and drink's.

First  we had a session with this laddie her name is Miss Kuma

and we learnt some really good Ideas that I am going to talk about let's start.................

 Fizzy drink is really bad for you only one little can has 8 teaspoons sugar you know that's a lot so if you still drink fizzy drink's you should stop and drink more water this not one reason it's a lot of reasons like ,fatness,makes your teeth black and if you really want to drink it you should only have it once a month.

Here are some food and drink's that you think are healthy but actually look at how much sugar is in it and how much fatness, never drink all these everyday only once a month or twice, some people also get diseases from drinking and eating to much and I am here to save you from all that.

Here we are watching the health session with our lovely teacher Mrs Moore, you might be like were your teacher well she was taking the  photo that why she wasn't in the picture.

                          My speech!!!

Today you're going to be reading my speech about friendship well keep on going to find out some fun and interesting facts and quotes at the end hope you enjoy……..

Friendship Our beloved Prophet Muhammed peace be upon him said, “A person is influenced by the ways of his close friends. So pay close attention to those who you take as close friends.” Do you know that we have friendship bench at our school?

Today I am going to be telling everyone to be good friends,well I gave you a guess my speech is going to be about friendship the reason I am doing a speech about friendship is because some people are not really being good friends.

P1. Being good friends is like a big thing it helps someone that is in trouble and when you fix the trouble it is like you have fixed the biggest problem. It makes you feel good if you be friendly to others then everybody would be Friendly to you .

P 2. When you are alone you should sit on the friendship bench the friendship bench is next to the rabbit ranch and then someone will  come to you and ask what happened do you have no friends , they well ask you if you want to play with them and it well help you get more friends so treat your family and  friends the way you would want them to treat you.

P 3. Bad friends are those who lead you into trouble and let you do bad things. So choose people who make good choices. You can help bad friends change their behaviour by teaching them how to be respectful. If you are nice to bad friends they well copy you and they well become good as well so show them the right way.

P 4. Good friends are those who help you in working, cleaning, or it can be anything . Good friends are those who have positive attitude and positive behaviour . Good friends are those who show their best behaviour and are always nice and friendly and that’s why always play with your true friends not with fake friends.

Conclusion I want to give a big thank you to the people who have support me and that have kept me happy throughout the years thank you so much to everyone who has have been my best friends.

If you are alone, I’ll be your shadow. If you want to cry, I’ll be your shoulder. If you are not happy, I’ll be your smile. If you need me, I’ll always be there.

Skateboarding!!!!!!!!

SKATBOARDING!!!!!!!!!!

Skateboarding is really simple if you follow the rules

equipment:

Tips:

• Don’t go too fast
• Don’t show off  because you might fall off
• Make sure  your gear is tightly on (accept the helmet)
• Watch where you are going
• Take your time
• (Brake!)

After you wear everything and you are ready to get your skateboard then on the front of the skateboard there are 4 dots put whatever feet you want to close 2 of the dots .

Also don’t put all weight on the ground because you will not be able to ride the skateboard so put some weight on the skateboard as well so you can ride it.



Have a nice and safe skateboarding time.
