Our health session!!!!!!

                                       Our health session!!!!!!!



You know we have to be healthy so let's talk about some food's and drink's.
First  we had a session with this laddie her name is Miss Kuma
and we learnt some really good Ideas that I am going to talk about let's start.................
 Fizzy drink is really bad for you only one little can has 8 teaspoons sugar you know that's a lot so if you still drink fizzy drink's you should stop and drink more water this not one reason it's a lot of reasons like ,fatness,makes your teeth black and if you really want to drink it you should only have it once a month.




Here are some food and drink's that you think are healthy but actually look at how much sugar is in it and how much fatness, never drink all these everyday only once a month or twice, some people also get diseases from drinking and eating to much and I am here to save you from all that.



Here we are watching the health session with our lovely teacher Mrs Moore, you might be like were your teacher well she was taking the  photo that why she wasn't in the picture.
